  • What you will be responsible for :

  • Identifying and interacting with prospective customers, who are both students and parents / guardians, by introducing the Company and our mission and values
  • Scheduling and conducting consultations and academic assessments
  • Presenting Crimson products
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Pitching and ideating new ways to connect with families
  • Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more
  • Working on Marketing or with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop and enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales
  • Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos and Crimson seminars
  • Researching potential organizations and markets for lead generation or partnerships
  • Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends
  • What this role requires :

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong sales track record in meeting target, managing sales pipeline or previous sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • High learning agility and growth mindset
  • Strong storytelling skill, ability to connect emotionally with leads, and experience public speaking
  • Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone
  • Driven, a team player, someone who has a competitive streak and likes to win, a person who makes great things happen for others and yourself.
