Manages, directs and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for assigned properties and ensure that all programs and procedures of the O&M staff are being properly implemented.
Ensures that all facilities within the account are operated and maintained in a cost-effective and safe condition in accordance with the approved budget and the customer’s requirements to fulfill O&M contractual obligations.
Assists the Site manager with the operations budget. Reviews / approves expenditures for tools, materials, and subcontracts and identifies cost savings.
Recommends capital expenditures / planning budget.
Performs audits with the team to ensure compliance with country and customer Safety Code / policies, Fire Safety Management and Utilities Management.
Follows up on performance metrics with the CMMS system; tracking, analyzing and reporting of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Implements corrective action plans to create positive change.
Provides technical direction and utilizes all team resources to reduce costs and increase patient / customer satisfaction.
Interfaces with the customer’s regional management regarding the direction of financial, contract, and customer strategies for the facility.
