Employee engagement management
Periodically lead employee survey to listen to employees’ voices and leads cross-department collaborate to development and execute solution
Lead office decoration reformation to promote progressive, positive, and winner mindset
Develop monthly motivational events and plan fulfilment of certificate and trophy
Develop an ongoing innovation award to encourage solution cocreation with staff
Ensure agent and supervisor’s technology hardware and software is up to date and without impairment
Manage seating capacity for telesales, online, Banca team, and support team
Drive culture transformation and promote Standard Chartered values
Arrange periodical townhalls for the telesales and online acquisition team
Maintain the enthusiasm and buzz needed to ensure the secure successful team results
Minimize voluntary attrition
Build a culture of escalation to avoid any process, policy or regulatory breach
Grow the employee NPS and satisfaction scores
Sales Effectiveness management
Work with Analytics team to develop end-to-end performance tracking that incorporate data from pricing responder model, S2S, online application, website leads, dialler MIS, pricing module, and eLoan.
Provide periodical refresh training on system / process and best practice
Share good calls in a structured manner to enhance overall skillset and boost morale
To create individual sales performance dashboard with learning & development plan
Actively connect Hsinchu and Taipei to ensure standardized and effective practice
Monitor cross-sell performance on different products to facilitate delivery of revenue and volume targets.
Develop campaigns for improving sales performance
Work with performance team to set appropriate incentive & PIP plan
Drive meritocracy in the organisation by ensuring periodic performance management
Develop strategy and recommendation to drive individual performance
Leverage analytics and MIS to track and improve sales performance
Work with stakeholders in ensuring a balanced score card for driving performance
Conduct training to ensure that employees understand the incentive structure
Ensure the scripts are approved and adhered to. Develop test and learn to modify scripts
Employees are trained for mandatory and skill-based training programs
At least 3 yrs of relevant experience - mainly focus on bank marketing for sales promotions, internal communication etc.
Good communication skills
Strong analytical ability
