  • Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering related discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years or above with proven working experiences in sales, account management, product management or technical in semiconductor industry, has advanced packaging process background is strongly preferred.
  • Good leadership, and prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills (both in Chinese & English) and interpersonal skills through multiple levels and functions within company and within customers.
  • Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the company.
