Achievement of responsible brand sales objectives, units and value, and market share
Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key customers and KOLs
Assist SOV projects (CME, symposium) to ensure optimum brand and Alcon presence, in accordance with budget and strategies
Lead planning and execution of brand activities, ensuring sales team is equipped with skills and tools
Execute field visits, to inspect marketing strategies and tactics execution, customer feedback, market trends, and competitive updates, and timely report these to BU head and Marketing Manager.
Develop tactics to counter attack and seize the opportunity
Participate in strategic plan development and budget preparation, providing accurate and realistic forecast for sales and BU expenses in brand marketing, aligned with market trends and company strategies
Launch new brands with aim of obtaining targeted market share and price, through product launch velocity (PLV) execution
Keep up with administration tasks and support (marketing executions / demand forecasts, Follow-up with marketing activities, PMP)
Ensure compliance of company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct and local regulations in daily operation.
Minimum : Bachelor degree. Preferred : FMCG related fields, Masters degree Proficiency in English Minimum : 2 years above sales / marketing working experience in FMCG / Medical Device / Pharmaceutical Company Preferred : 2 years experience in product marketing management experience.
