Operating in a diverse, dynamic environment, this role functions across a multi-country, multi-national, multi-channel, and multi-

outlet, multi-currency environment, serving a wide diversity of customers and operating in a complex mix of regulatory environments

What you will need to accomplish in the role :

  • Beating the Competition. Ensure Diageo wins share through the execution of the category and commercial plan
  • Drive Footfall, conversion and average transaction value through Shopper interruptions delivered at scale
  • Increasing distribution, rate of sale and visibility through Ease of Shop Implementation
  • Embed category thinking within the commercial organisation and with priority customers and partners
  • Lead JUBP with the customer
  • Full accountability of the A&P including post evaluation
  • What you need to bring to the table :

  • At least 5 years’ experience, gained in a Customer Marketing environment.
  • Demonstrate Channel / Customer understanding that can be leveraged at pace.
  • Be skilled in delivering compelling range / merchandising reviews and POP change recommendations.
  • Be a compelling seller, stakeholder influencer and excellent communicator and presenter with adaptability of style.
  • Have excellent project management and commercial planning skills.
  • Be highly self-motivated.
  • Have a high level of analytical capability, using data and research to understand customers and categories and building compelling proposals from analysis.
