Your Responsibilities :

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities :

  • Complete a situational analysis to identify opportunities, translate into strategy and drive net revenue management for CEP & Specialty products
  • Analyse external and internal environment to ensure right pricing and G2N strategy.
  • Drive and optimize business delivery of CSMO deal through regular review process.
  • Develop and implement necessary training with 3rd parties
  • Drive forecast accuracy through monthly pre-DRM process and prepare forecast for adequate stock
  • Align with cross functions to manage on profitability of sales campaigns, monitor follow-through
  • Ensure effective control and monitor the CMOS promotion aligned with GSK code of practice.
  • Co-work with across function to expand Benlysta accessibility

  • At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales / marketing department
  • Understanding and appreciation of pharmaceutical market situation and trends customers / competitors / regulations
  • Demonstrated good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Demonstrated persuasive and influential ability
  • Quality Training Required :

  • QMS Introduction
  • Artwork Creation and Approval(QSP001)
  • Printed Packaging Material Control(QSP002)
  • Customer Complaint(QSP004)
  • Anti-Counterfeiting(QSP028)
