Key Responsible :

  • To be accountable for achieving business plan within assigned accounts and delivering profitable growth.
  • To service nurses / doctors or KOLs in private or government hospitals.
  • To work closely with hospitals on tenders and consignment stocks.
  • To provide technical support, including tools maintenance, testing, directly or indirectly to field and inquiries from nurses / doctors.
  • To resolve issues and conducting root cause analysis.
  • To ensure strategic account plans are developed effectively.
  • To manage all processes and procedures involved in the sales function in a way that maximizes revenue and gross profit while maintaining compliance to established business and healthcare compliance regulation guidelines.
  • To ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures
  • To initiate sales activities that are consistent
  • To support our marketing team on programs, workshops or congress, as and when required.
  • To support clinical studies, if any BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or related field of medical discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years management experience preferably in medical industry.
  • High level of energy and passion to drive products to the assigned accounts.
  • Able to Identify, establish and develop relationships with doctors to support company product lines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and customers.
  • Basic knowledge of key trends within the medical device segments and has the ability to identify potential opportunities
