Responsible for NSG SSD product development including SMT, assembly and other process with ODMS. coordinates with hardware design, QnR, planning, commercial, and SSC team to support HVM production ramp and business demand.
His roles include but not limited :
1) Conduct DFM review and consolidate the feedback to DE; develop assembly process solutions for new product; work with stakeholders to ensure quality and schedule.
2) Establish and document assembly process including manufacturing flow, CTFs at each step and process control requirements;
perform process data analysis with TRA; manage factory process changes; resolve technical issues in timely manner; ensure process development following PLC methodology;
complete new product transferring to HVM on time.
3) Defines roadmaps to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.
4) Defines and establishes flow, procedures, and equipment configuration for the module.
Deep Knowledge and understanding on system and component level manufacturing with focus on process, material or quality.
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience, a Master's Degree with 3 years' experience. Degree should be in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, automation, or material engineering.
Preferred skills : process development, process integration, probability and statistics. Design review to provide manufacturing feedback to new products.
