Description
1. Provide administrative assistance to division head and colleagues
2. Perform administrative duties by controlling stationery, maintaining phone directory, office equipment, petty cash / request of check and PR, etc.
3. Perform secretarial duties by providing accurate and efficient PC skills, answering phone calls, and receiving visitors
4. Organize meetings and appointments, prepare / coordinate agenda and take minutes if required
5. Make overseas travel arrangement and hotel reservation
6. Act as a contact window by liaising with outside parties and coordinating with internal functions / departments
7. Perform other duties assigned by the division head

Other Requirements :
1. Master's degree 2. Fluent in Mandarin and English
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
3. Experience in office administrative tasks, report & document processing
