As a Parametric and Wafer Level Reliability engineer, you will be responsible for the development and setup of the parametric test program and system, and support the device characterization for design / process verification and yield learning.
Test program / methodology development and implementation
Multiple test platform application debug, correlation, and monitoring at key electrical wafer processing test points
Perform established and innovative data analysis utilizing processing and test data - publish and present findings as appropriate
Parametric Automated Test Equipment system administration
Statistical Process Control implementation and monitoring
Perform device characterization for design and process verification, and yield learning
Assist in identification and finding resolution to yield and quality issues throughout product lifecycle
Work closely with variety of Production and Engineering groups Product, Process, Integration, Yield Enhancement, Real-Time Defect Analysis, Quality Reliability Assurance and other Probe groups
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Strong understanding of the test structure designs and relationships to the wafer fabrication process
Programming skills, preferably in Perl, C / C++, JAVA, and VB, and working knowledge of both windows and Unix / Linux operating systems
Good problem solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis and elimination
Proven ability to deliver results while working under pressure
