Job Description

1.Conduct market intelligence and analysis targeting a diverse portfolio of Industries

2.Participate in evaluation of new investment opportunities through a series of activities including market analysis and company due diligence

3.Assist coordination / execution of strategic and financial investment deal structuring and closure logistics covering legal, financial and administrative processes

4.Contribute in preliminary deal-sourcing and opportunity discovery

Requirement 1.Minimum 5-7 years working experience with team project management exposure

2.Strong interest in high-tech Industry, previous exposures through academic / Industrial career centering on consumer electronics and semiconductor is a plus

3.Robust quantitative and analytical skills accompanying basic financial knowledge is a must

4.Fluent in English

5.Master degree preferred, MBA, Finance and / or EECS master degree is a plus

6.Experiences in high-tech businesses, management consulting, equity research or industrial analysis is a plus

7.1.5 2 years of product sales / marketing experiences is a plus; 1-2 years of venture investment / M&A related experiences a plus
