1. Responsible for tracking and assisting customers in solving software problems
2. Responsible for assisting customers in project development and management
3. Pre-sale customer project assistance / management and responsible for customer design win
4. Support customers for spec & project requirement confirmation
5. Work with customer engineers to solve system issues / requests, hand-on issue analyzing, triaging, and debugging.
6. Customer support material development, coordination & management
Requirement 1. Above 4 years development of customer support experience in embedded device related industry
2. Familiar with C / C++ and Linux driver development.
3. Familiar with Embeded System SW (Android, Linux) and issue debugging
4. Good in coordination and communication skills, clearly information delivery, customer background intention dig out and relationship creation.
5. Proactive and positive attitude to solve challenging and complicated problems
6. With project management experience will be a plus
