Job Responsibilities

Process and distribute all incoming mail

Sort and process outgoing mail (including registered mail)

Calculate and compile the total cost of outbound domestic mail

Arranging and communicating with local couriers to confirm pickup and delivery

Monitor and order supplies for office printers / fax machine toner and paper

Monitor and order supplies for pantry consumables in all Taiwan offices

Coordinate and management of warehouse document storage

Contact and coordinate with external vendors / building management for maintenance of office facilities equipment

Meeting room arrangements and ordering of lunch boxes

Support the Executive Assistant of the General Manager for administrative matters as required

Support reception when required

Requirements

Taiwan Disability Identification Card required (Must Have)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in local language, English is good to have but not a must

Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned duties

Ability to organize and prioritize workload

Ability to be flexible in respect to work assignments and new learning

Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in handling front desk / reception duties a plus

Experience in dealing with confidential information

Good time management and detailed-oriented

Diploma or above educated or equivalent experience
