We are currently looking for a Digital Director to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for client relationship maintenance, digital strategic thinking and discussion, storytelling, innovative case-
studies and ideas for the account.

In this role, your goals will be :
In three months :
Win the trust of the client and the team members as a digital lead who is able to drive the optimization of performance and branding preference.
Have an informed and knowledgeable strategic POV always, that seamless thread through both the real and the virtual worlds of today.
In six months :
Designing strategies that are innovative and genuinely connect with consumers. Strategically leading the clients to move towards the business objectives.
Selling in big, innovative data firsts as stories.
Establish a collaborative working relationship within the planning team and performance team at Mindshare and be seen as their partner
In twelve months :
Viewed by senior management (client and agency side) as the holistic thought leader.
Influence the agency internally as well as client side.
Be an indispensable part of the local Taiwan MindShare team (have the respect and confidence of every stakeholder and working partners)
What your day job looks like at Mindshare :
Direct the development of client presentations and other important communication in digital media.
Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation for enhanced media plans and results across media planning, programmatic, social, and paid search teams regularly.
Be familiar with clients’ digital guidance and set internal process for better QC.
Grow client business through equipping planning & performance team for any.
Train, motivate and develop planning & performance team.
Track performance by brands, record through aligned template, communicate with client and make improvement plan.
Good relationship with key media partner (Google, Facebook etc.)
What you’ll bring :
INSIGHTFUL : You’re good at identifying and distilling insights
INNOVATION : You are an innovative comms strategy thinker who can shape ideas. Preferably you have worked on innovative clients in the past.
PASSIONATE : You are a passionate and articulate individual who has strong selling skills
PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATOR : You have good communication skills in English. Being able to speak / write Chinese is not necessary but a big bonus.
You’re good at presenting strategic thinking and persuading clients / agencies of your POV
Minimum qualifications :
You possess 8-10 years of media investment and / or planning experience with at least some recent high level strategy work clients (with this seniority, knowledge of offline media is expected)
Media agency / performance media / biddable media experience
Experience with one of Beauty / EC / Performance clients
Experience within performance marketing / demand generation
Deep understanding of media operation system like Facebook / Google ad platform
Deep understanding of 3rd tracking / serving systems like DCM / MOAT
Proven leadership ability have managed a team of planners & operators
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Resourceful, with validated analytic and problem solving skills
Client management skills to get along with partners at multiple levels in the media planning process
Mindset towards process optimization, both through manual processes and through technology
Ability to work with tight deadlines and on multiple projects from both client side and regional office, demonstrating a mature ability to handle many things at once in a dynamic environment
