Job title : District Sales Manager

Job description :

District sales manger in leading a sales team to develop business opportunity and drive sales revenue with profitable growth from response accounts.

Also managing sales team to perform value created in long term for Molex. you will be also leading sales team to communicate and cooperate with different team and business units for business creation.

Structure :

Reports to Reginal Sales manager, Leading group of 4 people in Taiwan and China

Position Overview :

Position of district sales manager is to manage and direct a sales team in Taiwan and China to achieve sales revenue with profitable growth year of year from response accounts.

Supervising sales team on daily basis with team decision making and leading sales team to have internal communication to cross different team and business units to cooperate in supporting customers and business growth.

You will be also in responsibility to conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvement. Also designs and recommends sales to set up short and long team sales strategies.

With management position, sales manager will be building up strong customers relationship in a level and providing outstanding services to ensure customers satisfaction.

Essential functions :

  • Manage sales operations in assigned sales team to achieve revenue goals with profitable growth
  • Supervise sales team on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
  • Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
  • Creating focus accounts business strategy
  • Ensure that sales team follows company policies (MBM) and procedures at all times.
  • Skills and abilities :

  • Sales skills that demonstrate the ability to successfully negotiate and close a sales call.
  • Strong organization skills to anticipate, plan, organize and monitor workload.
  • Leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to take charge, initiate actions, make sound decisions and direct team toward the accomplishment of goals.
  • Well-developed written and interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to build rapport with both internal and external contacts.
  • Good knowledge of the interconnect industry, server market, competitors’ strategies, and plans.
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisor, sales or account Manager role within the electronics or interconnect industry.
  • 10-15 years sales experience in electronics relate industry.
