A world leading luxury group is looking for a Product Manager for thier premium skincare brand.
Key responsibilities include :
To develop localized launch plans based on international marketing plan
To maximize the impact of star product launches through all related dimensions of communication, such as advertising, merchandising, PR, CRM, in-store activities, etc.
To work with media team on the implementation of monthly media plan, developing lay-out and artwork with agency and meeting deadlines
To prepare advertising materials to maximize the effectiveness of consumer education and communication
To work with event agencies on event program design, based on product concept and budgeting guidelines
To monitor and evaluate the promotional activities with support from Retail Marketing
Sales Forecast and Inventory Control
To work with forecast Future Master on monthly sales forecast and work out sku rational proposal to management for decision.
To communicate the marketing plans with all related functions so as to invite involvement and improve efficiency
To manage and motivate agencies to achieve better quality in all aspects of ATL and BTL development to develop the subordinates.
The ideal candidate is experienced in product marketing, a good communicator, has leadership skills, can work well with cross-
functional and multi-cultural teams.
Other key requirements include :
4-5 years of retail / distribution / brand management experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury consumer products
Bachelor Degree; MBA would be a plus
Knowledge of products, competitors, markets trends and consumers
Be able to think and plan strategically and creatively and to execute effectively.
Good PC knowledge, service oriented, detailed minded, initiative, good interpersonal skills.
Good communication, negotiation skills and symbolic logic
