Your Responsibilities : Job Purpose
Understand the key account business model and drug policy and accountable to facilitate with brand cross functional team to bring the new products into the account
Accountable to develop the account pricing strategy according to brand pricing strategy and execute the pricing strategy to deliver the NRM (Net revenue management) goal.
Key account stakeholders mapping and engage key account stakeholders to deliver the performance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for new product access to define key accounts
With knowledge of account new product listing policy and understand the listing processes & stakeholders
Able to work together with cross-function team to develop account listing plan and execute the plan
Capable to identify opportunity & challenges and work across team to solve the challenges to drive performance
With good market intelligence and develop pricing scenario with enterprise thinking
With good communication skill to discuss the pricing proposal with internal stakeholders
With good negotiation skill with external buyers.
Manage price erosion and deliver NRM target
Key account management
Understand the account business product mix and able to identify account NRM growth opportunity
Identify account KDMs and with good KDMs engagement
KDM GEMBA plan for GM / LTs.
Basic qualifications :

Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required :
Minimum 3-5 years in sales experience in pharma
Proven high performance record.
Good selling skill, negotiation skill and good at objection handling.
Team player with a high degree of self-motivation
Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill.
