The sales account manager is responsible for the BNA product sales, application and service in Taiwan reporting to BNA Regional Sales Manager.
Aiming to manage the BNA business in Taiwan to achieve sustainable business growth and market share increase.
Achieve budgeted level of order intake within agreed mandate for pricing and for terms & conditions
Manage and record all the sales process in the CRM system (salesforce.com) and update all the leads, accounts, sales opportunities, quotations, forecast and order documents, accurately and in a timely manner
Build and maintain partnerships with OEM partners / distributors and customers through regular scheduled calls, travel and site visits
Respond in a timely and competent manner to product enquiries from both customers and OEM partners / distributors in the responsible district
Identify new business opportunities and customer applications and take appropriate action with application and marketing team to achieve business success
Support marketing activities, such as workshops, training schools, user meetings and conferences
Provide application support, including demo, pre-sales product presentation and post-sales advanced application training.
Provide service support, including system intallation, trouble shooting and repair.
Master degree or above, majoring in Science or Engineering with at least 5-year sales experience in relevant industry

Acceptable English in reading, writing, listening and speaking
Able to travel for up to 40% of time
