In your new role you will :
Switch board & visitors management.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Mail / Parcel shipment management.
Access card and minor assets loan management
Badge printing coordination
Parking lot arrangement
Office items, stationery & sundries management - purchase requisition, inventory control
Office facilities management - maintenance & repair coordination
Back up support purchasing, facilities maintenance, ISO audit, other general administration matters
You are best equipped for this task if you haveBachelor's degree
Major in Business Administration or related field
At least 5 years in office administration field, therein 3 years’ receptionist experience
Proficiency of English including speaking, writing and reading
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player and pleasant personality
