Will you answer? Group / Division The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Product Training, and Technical Support.
The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services.
Our comprehensive services include : proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24 / 7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems;
and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts. Responsibilities Responsibilities :
Maintain installation schedule, coordinate with the relevant teams on the ship / start date and resource name for a given install.
Track installations progress and adjust schedule as needed.
Track install team training skills and identify training opportunities to improve the team performance according to schedule.
Ensure installation plans are correct in IDeliver!.
Help provide data for quarter closing (number of tools installed , time to production ready OOBQ, Etc.)
Monitor OOBQ data and collaborate with Mfg quality manager.
Conduct site surveys, pre-installation, and model changes surveys for previously installed systems.
Support the team with troubleshooting and technical support when needed.
Serve as customer contact on Technical and Service-related matter.
Require high flexibility, adaptability and autonomy due to the job includes 25% travel oversea.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in Servicing or installing semicon capital equipment
Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor (experience in a wafer Fab environment in integration, photolithography specifically steppers or Metrology Management will be considered as an advantage)
High level of technical and troubleshooting skills
Process engineering or Yield Enhancement is a plus
Language skills in English.
