Job Description

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Understand customer technology trends, competitive environment and strategic customer needs
  • Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Customer-oriented thinking to build up sustainable customer relationships and maximize satisfaction
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products performance, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Account management on demand forecast, customer needs, problems and troubleshooting, interests, competitor activities, and positive / negative potential for existing or new products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Job Qualification

  • BS degree required. Degree should be in engineering or science field.
  • 3-8 years Semiconductor Industry experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of IC fabrication operations beneficial.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time, few international travels maybe required.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to large groups
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in the organization
  • Self-starter, works well with minimal supervision.
  • Motivated individual with ability to manage long (1-2 years) sales cycles before closing.
  • High safety awareness and demonstrated personal safety engagement are required.
  • Fluent in communications with English
