THE ROLE :
We are looking for our next team member to drive AMD datacenter and commercial client sales in the region, engaging with executive decision-makers at IT end-user customers to grow AMD EPYC, Instinct, Xilinx, Pensando, Ryzen Pro, and Radeon Pro business.
This will include working closely with multiple multinational datacenter and client device OEM’s including Dell, Lenovo, HPE, HPi, Cisco, Supermicro.
etc. as well as their reseller / distributor channels that serve end-user customers.
This is a highly collaborative position, working with enterprise end-user customers and channels, as well as AMD’s global multinational datacenter server and client device OEM Account Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams.

THE PERSON :
Solid knowledge of datacenter infrastructure server and storage solutions, software ecosystem, and workloads
Strong understanding of commercial server and client solutions and eco-systems.
Persuasive communicator with the ability to present and influence partners and internal executive decision-makers
Relentlessly focused on results-oriented success - must have a strong drive to win and achieve incredible results
Strategic and creative thinking to collaborate with partners for driving volume and value business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive sales of AMD EPYC, Instinct, Ryzen Pro, and Xilinx based server and datacenter solutions through partner eco-system
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts including Server and Client OEMs, Public Cloud Providers, Distributors, System Integrators, ISVs
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
Executes the partner onboarding, goal setting, sales execution, report analysis, and partner enablement
Creates leads and opportunities through partner joint events or partner sales resources
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
Ensures partners compliance with partner agreements
Manage and update business via Salesforce CRM on time and accurately
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
Experiences in the MNCs of Information Technology and Server business
A strong relationship with Server OEMs and the channel partners is a must. The relationship with Client (PC / NB) OEMs, Public Cloud Providers, and the channel partners is preferred
Proven experience or track record in sales-related positions for datacenter and / or commercial client solutions and products
Fluent in English communication for both writing and conversation
Demonstrated success in ongoing direct to end user experience of selling and influencing
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS :
BS / BA; MS / MA or MBA preferred
