What You Will Do In Your Role
PRIMARY PURPOSE :
Main duty for test processes (OS, ICT, FT) ) yield rate improvement and efficiency improvement . Working with other PE fixture engineer provided product test function confirmation.
Also responsible for outsourcing process quality issue confirmation.
Product label design and customer spec confirmation.
負責測試站(OS ICT FT) 自動沖孔 加工組裝 自動貼合 真空壓合 委外產品異常確認等製程.
負責LABEL 相關設計.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for production processes of OS, ICT, FT and manual assembly processes problem sloving and using Minitab analysis raw data.
He need to standardization problem action plan into SOP.
所負責的製程異常改善並修訂於SOP中,來達到持續改善之目的.
Responsible for label design to meet customer label spec(LABEL paper / 2D bar code) and Molex tracking system in need.
負責LABEL 相關設計(LABEL paper / 2D bar code),來達到客戶需求及廠內的控管.
Providing suggest to sample issue action plan and sopport to avoid mass production happen the same issue. When He need to provide action plan and tracking yield rate until meet expectation.
協助樣品處理製程異常並將相關改善方式與測試條件回饋工程,提高樣品良率使其順利轉生產.
Responsible for auto taping machine of stiffener implement into sample and old part number setting to improve stiffener taping efficiency.
負責新設備自動貼合機(人工轉機器貼合),新產品導入與舊產品轉換及相關材料與流程設定.
Responsible for cost saving GLSS project creating and exclusion to meet PE department goal and CFPA goal of cost saving.
負責成本節省JDI專案開立,達成部門與公司節省與獲利雙目標.
Production and sample problems and action plan collection and summary into PFMEA
使用PFMEA來解決生產與樣品問題,來達成製程異常改善預防.
