Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards.
The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.
1. Coordinate and conduct EHS management and operation such as supervision of high-risk work and onsite audit arrangement, audit weekly summary and update to customer2.
EHS documentation and evaluation on new tool importing and fab move-in for government and customer compliance3. Communication and follow-up for customer EHS requirement4.
Assist to develop KLA Taiwan EHS policy and procedure, implement and ensure compliance with EHS regulations5. Work with Corp.
EHS on new project : establish EHS management system such as ISO14001, 45001, BCP6. Coordination for regular local regulation identifications and actions taken
