Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION : Responsible to embrace and drive Program Management 360 degree ownership and lead the planning,munication, and execution of all Retail and OEM channel new product development programs from concept throughmercialization.

Lead the Integrated Program Team(s) (IPT) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs and business relationships, which helps drive channel growth for the Golf Pride business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : 1. Manages the lifecycle of the New Product Development (NPD) and Standard Transition Process (STP) programs and projects.

Has Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, quality, andmercialmitments.

2.Execute Integrated Project Team (IPT) leadership across the Programs and Projects. Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues.

Provides feedback on performance indicators. 3.Establishes objectives and goals and provides direction to the project teams in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope, and risk assessment.

4.Manage effective customermunications either through the channel managers or directly. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements.

municate and manage customer expectations and contractualmitments internal to the business. 5.Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by coordinating PM reviews, preparing & publishing PM metrics and reports.

6.Maintain metrics for program or project financials, quality, technical performance, and delivery through all of the PROLaunch phases.

7.Coordinates all risks and requirements of all programs and projects. This is aplished by planning, controlling, and integrating all project activities and deliverables and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved.

8.Provides periodic project updates (Program Status Report Green / Yellow / Red) of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem / high risk areas (e.

g., customer, technical, cost, budget, and schedule). Provides updates to the plant and global teams. 9.Plays a key role in developing business proposals and executing the overall program plan.

10.Provides overall Project interface with the customer either through the channel managers or directly.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2 years of experience leading teams of multiple functions
  • 2 years of experience in program / project management
  • Demonstrated ability tomunicate effectively in Mandarin / Taiwanese and English both written and verbally
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or project management preferred
  • 5 years of experience in golf, sporting goods, or consumer products industries
  • 5 years of experience leading New Product Development (NPD) programs from concept through launch
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (SAPM or PMP) preferred
  • Position Criteria :

  • Leadership skills - capability to lead change in an Integrated Project Team (IPT) of diverse functions and cultures
  • Good analytical skills and strong business acumen to understand consequences of decisions
  • Experience in Risk Management, the ability to leverage resources to identify and them mitigate risks before they affect customer requirements
  • Goodmunication and presentation skills both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports, program presentations, and rmendations to global team members, division management, and customers
  • Must be able to effectively manage 10-25 projects / programs at one time, ranging in degree ofplexity
