  • Execute Customer Order Management accurately and effectively
  • Handle Sales & Customers’ Requests for Order inquiry, Software Activation & Technique Support via phone and email
  • Work with supervisor to optimize operation process and improve customer experience
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Over 2 years working experience
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Mature individual with positive attitude to constantly drive for better results and be able to multitask
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities, be able to work independently and have self-motivate mindset
  • Relevant experience in Customer Service Center / Operations is a plus
