Sales Plan Implementation
Assist Supervisors, Sales Representative to nurture their capabilities of channel management.
Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned areas to build relationships.
Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities.
Coordinates and conducts trade shows, exhibits, seminars, clinical meetings, and product training with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
Work with Sales Manager to identify key opinion leaders and ensure development of strong business relationships.
Processes customer orders and provides account service to assigned and prospective customers.
Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns, provide timely customer support and ensure customer order cycle is complete.
Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs.
10 +years’ experience in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferably in scientific field with demonstrated sales success.
5+ or more years’ experience in people management role.
