POSITION OBJECTIVE :
全面负责客户中心服务业务 领导服务团队在备件销售和维修服务取得增长 提高服务质量 以促进客户
1. 负责服务团队正常运作的组织 指挥与实施工作
2. 编制与复核备件请购计划 对备件销售额的完成负责 并按财税规定审核各类报表 确保备件销售款
按时 如数解到公司 控制应收帐款 对备件库存储备量负责 组织与参与盘点清货工作
5. 向维修服务人员提供技术指导和培训 及时提供IR新产品的技术资料
6. 向用户提供技术咨询 正确解答用户提出的技术问题 负责并协调区域内维修人员对用户的服务
8. 与公司各部门积极沟通 及时解决用户需求
9. 与员工不断沟通 发展管理服务团队员工 改进提高与完善服务团队的各项工作
10. 与客户中心和销售员沟通 为整机销售提供支持
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or other relevant technical fields.
2. At least 8-years service experience in machine installation, repair, maintanence with at least 5-years
previous compressor field service experience and 3-years team management experience.
3. Strong leadership capabilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills; including written and verbal communication and influencing; conflict
5. High energy and sense of urgency.
6. Willing to travel frequently.
