Position Purpose : Provide an overview of the responsibilities of the position by providing a summary of the most important aspects and duties of the position

To provide support to Finance Controller by undertaking Tai Wan’s Budget and Forecast, closing, financial reporting, business analysis, expenses claim check, employee reimbursement and office daily payments as well as internal controlling and other duties assigned.

Reporting Relationships : List other positions in the company that are reporting into this position or that this position reports into.

This position reports to :

  • GC Finance Controller
  • Roles that this position work closely with : Taiwan business head, Sales & Marketing, 3rd party vendor, CSL BMW for Toll business, PwC and E&Y.

    Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities : List the roles and responsibilities of the position (please limit the number of responsibilities to the primary ten.)

  • Be responsible for Taiwan budget and forecast preparation;
  • Be responsible for Taiwan monthly closing process including but not limited to accrual, reports, F1 submission and MVA etc.

  • Be responsible for Commercial and Toll business related accounting entries and payment / collection; ensure accurate book keeping;
  • Be responsible for Taiwan CSR;
  • Be responsible for Taiwan employee’s T&E reimbursement and vendor payments;
  • Assist on Taiwan business analysis;
  • Coordinate PwC on tax filing in Taiwan;
  • Coordinate E&Y on year-end auditing;
  • Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements :


  • University degree or above with major in accounting or finance;
  • Experience

  • At least 8-year experience in accounting and analysis in foreign companies; Big 4 experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with Office and SAP;
  • Familiar with Taiwan accounting policy and related principles and Taiwan Tax Law and statutory report requirements;
  • Be independent;
  • Have good internal and external communication skills;
  • With a high degree of code of conduct, ethical standards and strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance;
  • Work rigorously with clear and logical sense, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
  • Have good internal and external communication skills, coordination attitude and team spirit.
  • Good command of English both in oral and writing;
