Job Description

1. Business partnering with sales team

2. RGM tracking and implementation

3. Generate monthly sales related management reports (top customers report, sector product / customer NSV trend, NRR, E-commerce dashboard, etc.

and provide highlights when needed.

4. Gross-to-Net tracking and review

5. Sales team rolling forecast consolidation; supporting on sales risks / opportunities

6. Sales Target setting (by sector / customer / GTN components)

7. Attend related business meetings and ad-hoc project / request

8. Coupon expense accrual / reversal management for all sectors

9. COPA top-down allocation and report refresh

Additional qualifications :

  • 3-5 years working experience in Financial Analysis / Accounting / CPA firm
  • Bachelor degree above; Master degree is preferred
  • Proactive working attitude with attention to details and numbers; logically thinking and financial analysis capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skill to communicate and influence counter parties to align with corporate strategy
  • Able to work independently under pressure and be willing to take challenges
  • Familiar with Excel and Powerpoint, knowledge in SAP is a plus
  • Proficient in English oral and written communication
