Position Description :
BMC manager for Lenovo High End and Dense / HPC platforms :
1) Manage a team of PMs and Engineers to provide BMC software for committedproducts on schedule and with quality.
2) Manage the team to provide timely maintenance and sustaining work onfirmware / software delivered according to services or security requirements.
3) Work with Hardware, Manufacturing or PE / service teams to provide criticalcode fixes or customer support
4) Managerial work : planning, hiring, setting and monitoring performance,coaching, career development, ensure needed skills are in place, productivity,status meetings and ad hoc requests
Position Requirements :
1) Strong leadership skills.
2) Strong skills on time / risk management, resource prioritization and problemsolving.
3) Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including presentation,negotiation and influence.
4) Team player, able to multi-task, work on prioritized tasks and cost / expensesensitive.
5) Committed to deliver products on schedule and with quality.
6) experience on BMC development a plus.
