Autonomous Database sales roles could be your springboard to success.

  • Sells Autonomous Database services to assigned territory
  • Focus on quick Cloud wins with Oracle Consulting services bundled to help customer up and running with their first data mart and give them the right experience.
  • Should be a self-starter, and has the ability to sell to line of business in their accounts across various business functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing. 
  • Manages the entire sales process and collaborates with team members in Cloud Platform Sales, Consulting, Customer Success Manager support etc., to help customer successful
  • Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution of install base and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client. Identify cloud expansion/up-sell opportunities. 
  • Develop long term partnership with their set of customers to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their cloud investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle
  • Proactive with attitude to change. Ability to learn quickly and support the Cloud Adoption team in strategic consulting projects. 
  • Highly developed selling, customer relations, and focused on volume sales. Successful sales track record and a proven performer with more than 90% of sales attainment over 6 to 8 quarters. 
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Has the ability to interact with C -level stakeholders. 
  • Be a Team player. 
  • Demonstrate ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Good Presentation skills. 8+ years relevant sales experience. 
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
