1. Lead the pre-sales technical / project evaluation with customers
2. Responsible for software integration and post-sales technical support / management to customers as well as field problem characterization and troubleshooting.
3. Reproduce and document customer's issues and work with internal teams (R&D, Quality ) for analysis. Required Education, Experience & Competencies 1.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience in WWAN technology.
3. A strong foundation in Linux and Android.
