What we offer

  • AIL SU leader to develop the concrete business strategy and manage the project pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain the relationship with the high-level executives of key account customers in order to gain a better position while negotiating the Agreement and Business Development Plan.
  • Keep up-to-date with market development, trends and competitor activities and to establish a long term strategic product line concept and pricing for keeping our tough competition market.
  • Manage and solve all commercial issues& conflicts according to Corporate Contracts and Agreements strictly and fairly to reduce the potential risk for the company.
  • Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
  • At least 6 years in commercial and business development at industrial market (Textile Industry is preferred)
  • Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (communication and writing)
  • High level of compliance and responsibilities
  • Self management and motivation 6. Team work and able to deal with complex business model
