Role and responsibilities
You are an excellent manager in an Agile / SAFe world. You are practical, like to support an Agile Release Train, and develop and coach a team of scrum masters to become a high-performing team.
In the position of Release Train Engineer (RTE) of the EUV System performance ART, you and the team of scrum masters are key in the operation and performance of the ART.
Together with CPO and System Architect you run the PIPE / System demo and other rituals to make sure the ART delivers on time and according the agreement towards the stakeholders such as Epic Owners and PCMs.
As part of the staff of the EUV System Performance department, you will closely work with the GLs, CPO and System Architect.
You are operational responsible for delivering with as agreed in PIPE. Using your analytic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills, you ensure the cooperation between the teams in the ART and cooperation with external interfaces runs smooth and all impediments are solved.
