Service scope

  • Retail Measurement Services, Consumer Panel Services, Sales Effectiveness solutions.
  • The scope includes solutions for both FMCG manufacturers and Retailers.
  • Role Purpose

  • Manage the existing product lines for profitable growth through both continuous product enhancements / developments and simplification / rationalization actions.
  • Contribute to change and evolution of the product portfolio by identifying and recommending external partnership, acquisition and divestiture opportunities.
  • Faster roll out of our new Buy connected System
  • Reporting Relationship

  • The role reports to the Cluster Product Leader with geographic accountability to the Market Leader
  • Primary Accountabilities :

  • Product Management
  • Serve as a primary decision maker
  • Lead 1-3-year product strategy
  • Deliver new product capabilities on time and on budget & Ensure successful product launch and drive
  • Provide direction / decisions on product feature specifications to enable Data Science, Operations and Technology to build and deliver efficiently
  • Portfolio optimization / Monitor product performance and ensure corrective action is taken
  • Client Discovery & Liaison
  • Lead the agile client discovery process
  • Client interaction especially during RFP’s, Enhancement
  • Assess competitive environment and client / market trends; design competitive strategy
  • Key Behaviors

  • Requirements :

  • 8 - 10 years of related Analytics / Data Science background is preferred
  • Experience in project management and product development in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in managing various stakeholders
  • Prior experience in the market research industry / consulting experience would be a plus
