Provide secretarial, administrative and business support to GM.
Manage GM's calendar, expense claim, filing, and travel arrangements.
Responsible for internal, external and cross function communication, workflow and approval procedures.
Prepare meeting materials, business reports, documents and presentation slides for GM.
Coordinate internal and cross function meetings.
Coordinate team activities and support major marketing events.
Other tasks assigned by GM.
1.) Bachelor degree and above in business major.
2.) At least 3 years working experience in supporting executive levels.
3.) Excellent English speaking, writing and reading skills.
4.) Good communication skills.
5.) Attention to details with good time management.
6.) Able to work under pressure with limited supervision.
