Act as a professional business partner supporting Insurance Telemarketing Sales in Global Consumer Banking (GCB) and Enterprise O&T;
it’s essential to partner closely with business managers to understand and anticipate business people issues, and to provide HR advice / solutions for better business efficiency and effectiveness.
At the same time, provide logistics support for overall HR Advisory team and businesses- including GCB, ICG, O&T and GF.
Provide consulting advice and recommendations on people development and retention, performance management, succession planning, talent management.
Work with the business to identify talent and successor and develop & implement succession plans.
Assist the business with employee transfer, movement and terminations / separation processes, including compensation and benefits related analysis and proposals, if necessary.
Facilitate employee communication, especially on HR policy and Labor Standard Law, to strengthen the positive employee relations at work place and to make Citi a better place to work Partner with business managers to tackle Labor Relations and Labor audit issues.
University Degree and 5 8 years relevant HR professional experiences, financial industry preferred
Sound understanding on Labor Standard Law (LSL) and its application & market practice
Strong people skills to build rapport with key stakeholders and business managers
A team player, pay attention to details, good EXCEL / PowerPoint skills, able to work under pressure & at fast pace
Good English communication in written and speaking
