Integrated Device Technology is looking for talented applications engineers eager to work with industry-leading low jitter timing and consumer products.

The applications engineering team routinely collaborates with marketing, sales, design and product engineering teams to assist with product definition, early stage design-

in technical assistance, and production level product support. Your everyday work will have a significant impact on customer relationships, winning designs across IDT’s timing product portfolio and planning for future timing products.

High energy, self-driven and creative thinker who can demonstrate the ability to analyze complex business data and interpret the results to help drive decision-

making, support the development and maintenance of Sales tools, and define and / or execute process and tool improvement projects in partnership within sales organization.

Idea candidate will focus on framework implementation to help design business report templates and maintain regular reports to help improve sales efficiency.

Additionally, this role will provide assistance with sales support on internal and visitors’ meeting management and coordination, creating and maintaining documentation and also part of post-sales managements.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail, process and results oriented individual focused on driving sales velocity and efficiencies.

R esponsibility :

  • Sales Assistant will work globally to support the day-to-day operations of the Sales organization and execute plans that enable the organization to scale efficiently.
  • The role requires thorough understanding of forecasting, sales operations and sales support processes, working closely with Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance and IT.

  • The individual will be responsible for Sales CRM administration, the collection / tracking / analysis of revenue / sales forecasts, funnel reporting and analysis, documentation of business processes and drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives and any other ad-
  • hoc or project-based initiatives.

  • Opportunity Funnel Management and Analysis Responsible for driving process, business rules and metrics around opportunity funnel management.
  • Individual will be required to track / analyze the funnel data including Design In / Design Win achievement against target, create and / or maintain regular management reporting of the funnel metrics, identify areas for improvement and validate data accuracy when changes are made to the tools and reports.

  • Operational Reporting and Analysis Track and drive metrics around sales productivity and account coverage, such as Sales Scorecards and Customer Visits.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining, all reports, analysis and metrics.

  • Sales / Revenue Forecasting Provide assistance for Sales Forecasting process and tool and drive forecast accuracy and tool usage.
  • Sales Enablement Responsible for establishing standards tools, methodologies and business process to improve operational efficiency.
  • Refine or develop workflows for the sales group to assure consistency, effectiveness and adherence to the processes.

    Requirements :

  • Undergraduate degree in English, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-yr experience in operations, sales and / or marketing, either in a support or management role within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Sales Tools, with emphasis in Excel.

  • Critical thinker and problem solver, able to draw conclusion and offer solutions.
  • Experience in a fast paced work environment and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills, ability to determine trends and propose solutions in improving sales velocity and efficiencies.
  • Effective organizational, problem-solving skills with a high attention and time management skills.
  • Exhibit systems skills with the ability to develop and drive implementation of system or process changes.
  • Superb oral and written communication, with ability to handle and protect confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • CSR experience and good English fluency is a plus.
