Objectives and Scope of Position :

Through various promotion and seminar, convey key product information to medical practitioners with required visit frequency to achieve set promotional sales target.

Outputs :

  • Achievement of Promotion target.
  • Achievement of Key Sales Performance Indicators.
  • Development of professional relationships with Medical Practitioners
  • Grow Market Share of Promoted products within assigned territory
  • Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    1. Planning

  • Assist in the design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues
  • Assess territory potential, and develop and implement territory action plan
  • Regularly update target customer profile and prioritization
  • 2. Account & Brand Management

  • Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to build product advocacy
  • Appropriate use of CRM system to develop and implement required call plan
  • Effectively deliver key messages to the right target customers
  • 3. Performance Management

  • Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
  • Collect, analyze and report market / competition information on time based on business requirements
  • 4. Finance Management

  • Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy
  • 5. Team Management

  • Work closely and collaboratively with other team members
  • 6. Self-Management

  • Keep proactively learning product and disease knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement
  • Adhere to the relevant local SOPs, reporting all drug safety or product complaints / counterfeits, within ONE working day
  • Attend annual drug safety and product complaints / counterfeit training
