To select optimal sales people and set performance standard for the business growth requirement.
To coach and ensure PSR's territory management / selling skill / presentation skill / communication skill / product knowledge is up to the professional standard.
To execute marketing strategies through sales team.
To implement performance appraisal for PSR by CENTRIX & ITS review to maintain a continuous performance improvement through PIP management.
To develop and maintain good relationship with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
To update market intelligence and develop sales strategies to achieve team performance.
To maximize formulary listings and product profit margin through price negotiation.
To manage the resource including sample and meetings, sales spending effectively through appropriate allocation and monitoring.
To utilize the CENTRIX reporting for ensuring target customers are meeting coverage and frequency requirement.
To report forecasting accurately.
To report team management, market issues and recommendations to supervisor.
To coach and ensure PSR implements S&T.
To coach and ensure PSR’s product selling skills, including core messages delivering, objection handling.
To ensure team & individual compliance to policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
