ATE equipment setup and operation
Setup wafer test / final test ATE equipment (prober, handler, tester) and perform the conversion for different NPI devices.
Operate ATE equipment for engineering lot WT / FT, collect the test data and exert data analysis tool to support product engineer in data analysis.
NPI engineering activities
Support worldwide team engineering activities such as remote program debug, remote test support and inter-sites projects activities, etc.
Individually do or support equipment engineer to do the NPI test equipment troubleshooting and improvement, guarantee the equipment utilization and result on time delivery.
Support product engineer to do the failure validation, yield improvement, test parallelism enhancement and test time reduction for entitlement improvement.
Support test engineer for test program trial run, characterization, validation, surge tracker, Gage RR, etc.
