  • Job Description
  • Aggressively explore and actively develop new potential OEM (設備製造) customers and turn opportunities into business; maintain customer relationship and drive further business with existing customers in focus branch
  • Co-work with HQ and RC Business Development Manager and Sales Manager to implement customer strategy in focus branch
  • Establish market transparency, identify new sales opportunity in focus branch
  • Responsible for application pre-sales in responsible branch, i.e. branch application promotion and know how transfer from HQ
  • Focus on PMA accounts (Production Machine accounts) especially the ones not handled by OEM sales
  • Keep track of key opportunities of defined PMA accounts in focus branch
  • KPI of SSP :
  • OI increase in assigned OEM accounts
  • Total OI ramp up in assigned branch
  • Amount of new opportunities created
  • Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of working experience in OEM / production machinery branches
  • Proven successful track record in name account development and turning opportunities into business
  • Excellent sales skills in maintaining customer relationship with strong technical background
  • Good self driven working attitude and teamwork
  • Good command in English and Mandarin Chinese, including writing and speaking
