Purpose of Role

Responsible for serving food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner.

Responsibly Description

  • Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive
  • selling techniques.

  • Perform as per SOS (sequence of service).
  • Demonstrate Whatever / Whenever attitude in response to guest request.
  • Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
