Membership Marketing and Regional Growth Specialist

We are looking for one who has passion on

  • Increase both brand awareness and sales for EF’s study abroad programs in
  • targeted regions by creating, executing, and analyzing innovative, multichannel marketing campaigns.

  • Lead national-wide membership programs not only to build connections but also to grow the database aggressively with strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Master design and content display among all online assets, and develop offline materials from hardcopies to gadgets to enhance memorable experience for users.
  • Maintain and increase loyalty of existing members and enlarge pool of new
  • members continuously

  • Execute impactful and integrated marketing strategy to grow Taiwan’s study
  • abroad business from online to offline

  • Cooperate with local sales teams to execute effective product lifecycle promotion
  • strategies across Taiwan

  • Create, launch and monitor campaigns to increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention, and leverage all digital channels to drive growth
  • Track and analyze website, social media analytics and campaigns
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization, and optimize copy for paid Social and Search
  • Create customer-focused content through EDMs and other direct sales tools
  • Work closely with Head of Marketing in Taiwan to provide critical feedback that
  • enables EF’s programs to grow and improve, also collaborate closely with central marketing team to enhance EF’s overall brand identity.

    Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good writing skills, in both Mandarin and English. (Experience in Bilingual Translation is a plus)
  • 2-3 years digital marketing experience with a proven track record in delivering
  • results

  • Prior experience working with multinational environment
  • Strong communication skills - able to drive an agenda and build consensus
  • effectively and collaboratively with departmental, regional, and global partners

  • Strong project management ability and disciplined working habits
  • A love for international education and travel, also a strong desire to develop
  • future career in an international platform
