JOBPURPOSE

Serviceexcellence ambassador, responsible for inspiring and trainingretail associates in the field, to consistently meet expectationsand bring to life the burberry servicephilosophy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Face-to-facein-store delivery of global sales associate retail trainingprogramme.
  • Train and oversee performance ofin-store training champions (asrequired).
  • Support with retail academyonboarding (as required).
  • Deliver localface-to-face onboarding (as required).
  • Monitortraining and development of new starters throughout 90 dayinduction period.
  • With store manager, assess / spot-check and coach on service excellence and in-store delivery ofbrand, product and service experiences.
  • Inpartnership with the store manager and regional director, observetalent and feedback on people developmentopportunities.
  • Using knowledge of businessmetrics and in partnership with the store manager, identifytraining needs and create agile training in line with developmentprocess (as required).
  • Feedback on trainingprogrammes and service initiatives to the corporate training andeducation team.
  • Proactively gain and shareknowledge of competitor brands (brand, product andservices).
  • PERSONALPROFILE

  • Previousexperience in delivering sales, service and product training withina luxury retail environment.
  • Previousexperience working in luxury retailenvironment.
  • Awareness of store operations andretail systems.
  • Adult learning qualificationadvantageous.
  • Strongpresentation skills.
  • Proven track record ofindependent working and selfmanagement.
  • Personally represents the brandimage.
  • Motivational andinspiring.
  • Commercialawareness.
  • Strong planning and organisationalskills.
  • Shows initiative and isself-motivated.
  • Teamplayer.
  • Microsoft office literate (to a highlevel).
