THE ROLE :
Drive growth in AMD’s Channel Component PC business in APJ. Partner with AMD Sales to engage with top distributors and resellers to grow AMD’s Business.
Increase AMD brand awareness, manage and deploy sales and marketing programs in different subregions, manage regional funding, and ensure coordinated execution between the Business Unit, Sales and Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Expand AMD’s business in the Commercial and Consumer Channel, working with Sales, Marketing and channel partners (Distributors, etailer, and retailer) to grow AMD’s volume in the channel through a combination of product, sales, and marketing improvements.
Develop and strengthen partner relationships with top distributors and resellers in each country, to increase awareness and preference for AMD business solutions.
Define and execute strategies for targeted growth opportunities in the Component PC Market
Improve the effectiveness of GTM programs for AMD’s. Work with AMD Marketing and Sales Teams, as well as Customers and Ecosystem partners to define and deploy programs in market which grow AMD’s business
Work closely with AMD Client product team to maximize product performance, innovation, and competitive positioning.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or Business Development within a high-tech or PC company.
Experience working with client products required
Must enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced environment, and have outstanding teamwork skills.
Must have a passion for innovation, be comfortable defining a way forward in the face of ambiguity, and have the ability to scale and influence broadly
Demonstrable experience with market analysis and technology road-mapping.
Proven track record of innovation.
Comfortable to speak with large audience
40% travel for this role
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS :
Business or Technical degree; Graduate degree desired.
