The ATE Process &Engineering Section Manager is responsible to collaborate withRnD / ATE for new tech node develop that include on both process andtool.
Transfer new device to the HVM for success manufacturing,resolve and find a solution for roadblock of transfer. anddirecting a team of engineers to meet pilot run and TTMCYgoal.
Complete all requiredsafety training and ensuring all work is conducted in accordancewith Micron’s safety policies.
Define alignmentof projects and programs to meet goals for transfer,TTMCY
Develop project plans and associatedcommunications material / plan
Improve areaprocesses and equipment to drive FAB 16’s achievement on newgenerations.
Work closely with RnD, ATEteams to improve the Fab processes and equipment to meet thetransfer goals.
Build strong relationships withinternal stakeholders all FAB 16 module / division / MCT / RnDengineering teams
Work with internal andexternal stakeholders to align on best practices and developactions that sustain benchmark results
Supportimplementation of continuous improvement efforts throughMaintenance Optimization Plans : SOPs, Manuals, EquipmentPerformance, Business Processes, and / orBKMs
Make training resources available andprovide guidance on process & equipment related programs,systems, and processes
Responsible for creatingand driving a performance plan for each employee with a formalannual review
Inform each member of your teamof their job expectations, and hold them accountable to theexpectations

3-5 years above equivalentexperience. Previous supervisory experience ispreferred
