Job Description : Purpose of Role :

Purpose of Role :

  • This role is a critical position in establishing Diageo Taiwan as a world-class professional MOT team with effective rout to market and sales execution.
  • This role represents Diageo Taiwan to network with Diageo global sales development strategies and international customer development.

    Accountabilities :

  • Achieve Company Targets and KPI.
  • Build effective trade terms per customer.
  • Objective setting to Sales team, and to continuous improvement of sales KPI.
  • Plan and deploy effectively BTL budget to an integrate Customer Development Plan.
  • Plan and execute quality outlet coverage, effective distribution, sales visit frequency, customer demand, product assortment, visibility, and brand building activity.
  • Develop sales talents & coach sales team to execute Sales Drivers.
  • Implement coaching to Sales team in joint visit, and as role model to demonstrate negotiation of terms, calling steps, and QVDPPP.
  • Identify tools to support the executions.

  • Execute all promotion activities and direct evaluation of execution result for continuous improvement.
  • Direct output of Customer and competitive intelligence tracking, communication and analytical report.
  • Plan, control the execution & quality of measuring and tracking of individual Sales objective, KPI.
  • As champion of MOT channel to develop insight for Trade Strategy input.
  • Qualifications and Experience Required :

  • 6 years experience in consumer product industry.
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation & motivation
  • Cross-functional team working behavior
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English
  • Good presentation skills
  • Worker Type : Regular
